Can you provide counseling in my office or at my child’s school?
Currently, we only offer counseling at our offices or via teletherapy.
Do you offer services for chronic mental health conditions?
Yes, for those with chronic mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar, we offer both counseling and psychiatric services, including weekly counseling sessions and monthly medication management appointments to monitor medications prescribed by our psychiatric providers.
Do you provide drug treatment?
Yes. We offer in-person outpatient individual therapy to address substance-use disorders and MAT (Medication–Assisted Treatment) with our psychiatric provider.
As a non-profit, why should I pay for your services?
Our self-pay and insurance-covered counseling services generate revenue that helps fund services for the poor and uninsured; and as a non-profit, you will find our fees are often lower than the average rate for comparable services elsewhere in the community.
What if I know people at JFCS?
Our counseling services are completely confidential. We are located in a separate part of the building from the JFCS offices and have a private entrance and exit.
